Maurizio Scandurra
Maurizio Scandurra is a journalist, author and broadcaster. He has worked on important TV programs such as Mattina in famiglia (Raidue, 2006) and Scalo 76 (Raidue, 2008), as well as several broadcasts for well-known private broadcasters such as Telelombardia, Italia 7 Gold, Primantenna, Casatv and many others. An expert in design and a modern technician, he is a collector of vintage fans. For Aereostella he published together with Valerio Liboni, historical music maker of Italian pop, Crash! – Storie e curiosità dell’Italia della canzone a ritmo di musica, viaggi e amore (2009), nonché I Ragazzi della Via Stendhal – Ritratto di una generazione (2010), written with Pietruccio Montalbetti, leader and founder of Dik Dik, with the preface by Vincenzo Mollica. He is one of the authors of Disegno e Design – Brevetti e Creatività Italiani, (Edizioni Fondazione Valore Italia, 2009) e di Via col Vento – Il Ventilatore: da Edison a Vortice (Edizioni Saviolo, 2010), the first and most complete text ever produced in the world on the history of the vintage fan.
